      The maintenance core of the automatic gluing line for packaging boxes is to prevent blockage, leakage, lubrication, and accuracy. It is carried out in a graded manner of "daily → weekly → monthly → quarterly/annual", which can significantly reduce failures, extend lifespan, and ensure stable gluing quality.
1、 Daily maintenance (required for each shift/day)
1. Thoroughly clean the rubber road system (most importantly)
      Immediately clean after shutdown: Rinse the glue pump, hose, nozzle, and scraper roller with specialized cleaning agent/isopropanol/alcohol for 10-15 minutes until the liquid flows out clear and free of glue threads.
      Glue nozzle/dispensing valve: disassembly and cleaning, needle unblocking, compressed air blowing; Overnight residual curing is strictly prohibited.
      Rubber bucket/can: Clean the edges of residual glue, paper powder, and impurities; Check the liquid level and the condition of the adhesive (no crust or delamination).
Conveyor belt/workbench: Wipe off residual glue, paper scraps, and dust to prevent them from entering the glue path.
2. Pre startup inspection
      Gas source: pressure 0.4-0.6 MPa, clean drainage and filter cup.
      Power supply, emergency stop, safety door: confirm normal operation and no alarm.
      Rubber hose and trachea: no bending, no leakage, no aging cracks.
      Sensor/photoelectric eye: The lens is wiped clean, the positioning is normal, and there is no obstruction.
3. Monitoring during operation
      Apply glue evenly, continuously, without drawing or missing.
      No abnormal noise, odor, abnormal heating, or glue leakage.
      Temperature, pressure, and speed parameters are stable.
2、 Weekly maintenance (deep cleaning+inspection)
1. Disassemble and thoroughly clean the rubber road
      Remove the rubber nozzle, filter, filter screen, and sealing ring, soak and clean, and replace damaged/hardened seals.
      Rinse the inner wall of the hose with air blowing, without residue or blockage.
2. Transmission and moving parts
      Guide rail, screw, slider: After cleaning, add special lubricating grease (5-10g per meter).
      Chain, gear, synchronous belt: Clean, check tension and wear, adjust if deviation>10%.
      Bearing: No jamming, no noise, no looseness (replace with clearance>0.1mm).
3. Tightening and air circuit
      Tighten bolts, fixtures, and brackets (easily loosened by vibration).
Air drainage, filter cleaning, and replacement of filter cartridges.
4. Electrical and heat dissipation
      Dust removal for electrical cabinets, drivers, and fans to ensure heat dissipation.
      Inspection of wiring and connectors: no looseness, no erosion, and no skin damage.
3、 Monthly maintenance (calibration+physical examination)
1. Coating accuracy calibration (core)
      Measurement pump/glue output: calibrated by weighing method, with an error of ≤± 3%, adjust the speed/pressure.
      Positioning/Offset: Calibrate sensors, servos, and belt tension to ensure consistent box shape.
2. Inspection and replacement of vulnerable parts
      Replace the rubber nozzle, sealing ring, scraper, filter screen, and conveyor belt as needed.
      Glue supply pump, motor, reducer: Check for noise, temperature, current, and glue leakage.
3. Safety and Control System
      Emergency stop, safety door, interlock function testing.
      Program backup, parameter verification, alarm log cleaning.
4. Rack and Structure
      Horizontal, weld seam, support, and roller wear inspection.
4、 Quarterly/Annual Maintenance (Major Maintenance)
      Disassemble and inspect the glue pump, measuring system, reversing valve, and servo motor.
      Replace aging rubber hoses, air hoses, belts, bearings, and seals.
Electrical insulation, grounding, and line testing.
      Complete machine accuracy retest: parallelism, straightness, adhesive position/thickness.
      Long term shutdown (>7 days): Drain the rubber path → Clean → Inject protective agent → Power off and cut off gas → Dust proof.
5、 Common faults and maintenance points
      Glue blockage/breakage: Insufficient daily cleaning, filter screen not replaced, abnormal glue temperature → Strengthen daily cleaning+regular filter replacement.
      Leakage/dripping of glue: seal wear, valve components stuck → replace seals and disassemble valve bodies weekly.
      Uneven/offset glue application: insufficient lubrication, loose belt, sensor floating → weekly lubrication+monthly calibration.
      Abnormal noise/lagging: lack of oil, dust, loose components → daily cleaning+weekly lubrication+re tightening.
